Effective Immediately — Required Action for All Contingency Medical Ambassadors

This notice serves as an official compliance directive for all Contingency Medical affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers.

To remain eligible for the Contingency Medical Ambassador Program, you must follow the guidelines below without exception.

🚨 Language Restrictions

Effective immediately, the following terms and phrases are strictly prohibited in all ambassador content, including:

• “Stock up” / “Stockpile”

• “Hoard antibiotics”

• “Just in case stash”

• “Grid-down medical stockpile”

• “Store antibiotics for the future”

• “Buy antibiotics without seeing a doctor”

• Any variations implying storing antibiotics long-term or acquiring them without medical need

These terms violate healthcare advertising standards and may jeopardize Contingency Medical’s regulatory certifications.

🚨 Messaging Requirements

All ambassadors must follow these rules in ALL posts, videos, emails, landing pages, and conversations:

✔ ALWAYS disclose:

“Includes physician review — prescription medications are provided only when medically appropriate.”

✔ ALWAYS state:

“Not a replacement for in-person medical care. Not for stockpiling or long-term storage.”

✔ ALWAYS use FTC-compliant sponsorship disclosures:

Examples:

• “#ad”

• “Paid partnership with Contingency Medical”

• “I earn commissions through qualified purchases”

✔ ALWAYS frame the product appropriately:

Approved framing includes:

• Remote travel

• Limited access to medical care

• Outdoor/wilderness scenarios

• Disaster response or emergency preparedness (without suggesting stockpiling medication)

• Physician-supervised access to essential medications

🚫 What Ambassadors CANNOT Imply

You may NOT imply or suggest:

• That users can bypass a doctor

• That users will automatically receive antibiotics

• That antibiotics are “included automatically”

• That Contingency Medical sells antibiotics directly

• That the service is intended for long-term medication storage

• That customers can buy antibiotics for any future unknown scenario

• That Contingency Medical encourages or enables misuse of prescription medications

If your content contains any such statements, you must remove or edit it immediately.

⚠ Required Content Review

If you have existing content that uses restricted terms, you must:

1. Remove or update the content as soon as possible

2. Notify Contingency Medical that changes have been completed

3. Await confirmation that your updated content is compliant

Noncompliance will result in removal from the Ambassador Program.

⚠ Enforcement

Violations of this notice may result in:

• Immediate program suspension

• Removal from the Ambassador Program

• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions

• Permanent ban from future partnerships

• Reporting of noncompliant content to hosting platforms if required by law or regulation

This applies to all content, including:

• TikTok

• Instagram

• YouTube

• Blogs

• Emails

• Landing pages

• Podcasts

• Affiliate websites

• Private groups or Discord communities
