Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping is completely free and included with every order.  Should you want to have an order expedited, please reach out through support@contingencymedical.com to inquire about the process.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Contingency Medical ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email on purchase of product, and an additional email as it moves through the lifecycle of our products (processing, pharmacy, shipped).  Once the product is shipped from the pharmacy you’ll receive a shipment notification and the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages / Lost Shipments

Contingency Medical is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment.  IF you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  If your shipment is lost, please reach out to support@contingencymedical.com and we will help you through that process.
